Deposits
Payment of the amount equal to one night's accommodation at nightly rates is required before a booking can be confirmed or by facsimile / post of an official purchase order, but only by prior arrangement for account holders. The balance of payment is due upon arrival or by facsimile / post of an official purchase order, but only by prior arrangement by account holders.
Confirmed Payment
Confirmation of deposits paid made by email from Derby Lodge does not constitute a confirmation of your booking. It is exactly a confirmation of your deposit being paid.
Booking Confirmation
Our Booking Desk will send a confirmation of your booking with full details of the dates, apartment size and type, and full costings along with acknowledgement of your deposit received. Booking will only be confirmed, where the equivalent of one nightly cost has been received or by facsimile / post of an official purchase order, but only by prior arrangement by account holders.
Cancellation Fees
For cancelling a booking 28 or less days but more than 14 days prior to the commencement date, the amount of AUD$20.00 will be forfeited. For cancelling a booking 14 or less days but more than 2 days prior to the commencement date, the amount of AUD$40.00 will be forfeited. For cancelling a booking 2 or less days before the commencement date, the amount equal to one night's accomodation at nightly rate will be forfeited.
Refunds
All refunds are procedded within 10 working days by way of mailed cheque or if the amount is under four hundred dollars and was debited on your credit card, and the particulars are available to us, the refund will be credited to your credit card.
