GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Derby Lodge are accepted.
We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect once posted.
The prices shown are per room per night. Additional guests will be required to pay an extra $20 per night.
Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
Property room photos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photos are indicative only.
Payments made with AMEX or Diners Cards will incur a $10 charge.
Cancellations more than 48 hours
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the guest’s scheduled arrival time do not incur any cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 48 hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the guest’s scheduled arrival time do incur a cancellation fee. This fee is the equivalent of one nights accommodation of the guest’s booking.
The cancellation policy of the Derby Lodge has been created to protect the Lodge and our guests. From the perspective of the Lodge, we pride ourselves on being accountable to our guests. We appreciate the same consideration in return. From the perspective of our guests, accurate information regarding availability must be available on request. We consider it important to respect the personal and business travel plans of the public. We strongly recommend holiday makers take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances and / or cancellation fees.
Extra person rate is $20 per person in a folder bed (subject to availability). Our folder cot rate is $10 per night each (subject to availability).
Whilst we appreciate your right to smoke, please note that all our rooms are NON SMOKING and we ask that you restrict your smoking to outside areas during your stay with Derby Lodge.
